i think the makeover is about complete–probably a little tweaking still needed.

TIGsource is a really excellent blog of independent games i have been looking at often, so check it out. and a the Blip Festival site has some cool stuff.

HERE is the masterpiece i have completed during break thus far.

in terms of what’s coming up, a lot of writing and less visual i think.  so here you go:

SOME DIRECTIONS STORMING (will sketch some sample screens for this)

Hello! I am Nijah and I am your narrator.

Welcome to NODOI: the Land, Life and Language of Fatties.

Before you proceed, please understand the following:

1. We are Fatties and this is NODOI.
2. Foofa is The Ultimate Opportunity.
3. E is The Ultimate Objective.
4. Choice is The Determining Factor.
(maybe some elaboration here? might be too much writing)

Now. Time to begin.

You have a Horn (show horn) and your goal is to Fill it with Foofa.

This is Foofa (show foofa).

To do this, you need a Fatty. So first, Fashion a Fatty.
Mouse over each Fatty Facet to view its Function. Choose carefully, but keep it mind that you will be able to experiment with all of the Facets via Fatty Fases.  Continue to learn about Fases.

A Fatty Fase is the ‘duration’ (F word for this) of the Fatty you have Fashioned. You can choose a ‘duration’ from 1 minute to 4 hours. When the Fase is up, you  Fashion a new Fatty with a different set of Facets and continue your quest for Foofa.

etc, etc. something about TWH next, not sure what.
